Tiffany believes the therapy process is about meeting people where they are in their recovery process by providing a safe, judgment-free space, which allows them to discover and implement meaningful solutions. She provides individual therapy for adults with a history of trauma associated with sexual assault, domestic violence, and childhood emotional neglect or physical abuse, and for individuals who are struggling with the passing of a loved one. These traumas and losses can lead to depression, decreased self–esteem, anger, codependency, family conflict and anxiety.
