Ashley is a native Tulsan. She graduated from historic Booker T. Washington High School and then went on to the University of Tulsa, where she graduated with her Bachelor's Degrees in both Psychology and Religion/Philosophy. Ashley completed her Master's Degree at Oklahoma State University in Community Counseling. Ashley is a National Certified Gambling Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor, who has almost ten years of experience working with individuals, groups, couples, and families, focusing on mental health and addiction concerns. She has a passion for helping individuals gain control back in their life from addiction issues. She enjoys working with older adolescences, young adults, adults, and has as a special interest in helping veterans and active military members who have experienced trauma. Ashley works with individuals couples, and families on a variety of issues such as gambling addiction, sexual addiction, substance abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, and self esteem. She is trained in treatments such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE).
